We offer a 3 day free trial period where our customers have the possibility to see our content, service, and features.
It is the customer's responsibility to cancel the membership before the free trial ends if our service isn't satisfying.

If the membership is bought through the mobile app, you have to ask for refund through either Apple Store or Google Play.
