If you do not have access to the videos on our platform after purchasing a membership, it might be because you have used a different email address when purchasing than what you used to create your account.
If you signed up with Facebook, you might have an old e-mail attached, so make sure to log in with how you initially signed up. This also helps to prevent creating multiple accounts for the same user.
